All Saints’ Church Renhold Bedfordshire, England

The Benefice of All Saints, Renhold is situated on the edge of the Bedford Deanery to the North East of Bedford, its southern boundary being the River Ouse. The Parish Church is situated in the centre of the old part of the village of Renhold. With lovely brown cobbled walls and surrounded by open countryside it has served its Parishioner’s for over 800 years.

Our congregation and those caring for our Church and Churchyard are not only drawn from the 3000 inhabitants of the Parish but also Bedford and surrounding villages. We range in age and background and hold a variety of services at different times and for all ages, with some more traditional than others. The Church is routinely open everyday for everyone to use and if you choose to visit during a service be assured a warm welcome awaits everyone.

We enjoy close links with many village organisations including the Village School, who worship here regularly, and a number of village groups use the Chapter House including the Gardening Club and Village Magazine.  We hold a number of events throughout the each year involving many people and organisations from across the Parish.

Our Priest in Charge is the Reverend Ian Smith, who joined our Church in January 2020 together with his wife Christine and their family. Ian works at Vauxhall as well as looking after our community.
